A     Our websites are designed so that you can plug in your brand’s language and visuals seamlessly and launch within days. After purchasing your dream site you will receive an e-mail invite to access your template on Squarespace. You can easily add your own images and copy, re-configure pages to best suit your business, and present a gorgeous, professionally designed site to the world.
 
Q     How soon do I get my new website delivered?
A     Site Dressing sites are prepared and delivered within 24 hours of purchase. You’ll receive an email with access to your site in a single click.

Q     How soon will I get my new logo?
A     Your logo will be prepared and delivered within 24 hours of purchase. Make sure to check your e-mail during this window, as we will contact you promptly if we have any questions about your logo.
Q     I’m a graphic designer. Can I use your templates for my client work?  
A     Absolutely. Our professionally designed, beautiful and functional sites are favored by other designers as a base for client work. Our website license includes a single business use, so you will need to purchase one site template per project.

Q     What’s the process like after I purchase my website design?
A     You can read the full process here. It’s a streamlined, efficient way to get your business online with a stunning visual brand experience for your customers. No long email threads, no coding, and no sneaky fees. 
You’ll receive a link to access your site within 24 hours, as well as several easy-to-follow videos walking you through the site. From here you’ll work at your own pace to swap out imagery and copy. When you’re ready, hit ‘publish.’ Then share and enjoy your gorgeous new website.
 
Q     What’s the process like after I purchase my logo?
A     After you complete your purchase you’ll receive an e-mail outlining your color & format options. Our 24-hour turnaround window begins once we receive your input. Your stunning new logo will then be delivered to your email in the color of your choice.

 

Revisions

 
Q     Can I get a change or revision to my logo now that I have it?
A     In order to offer elegant designs and keep our 24-hour delivery promise, we do not offer logo revisions or changes after the files are sent to you. However, we always want you to be totally in love with your new logo. Send us a note if you have questions before or after your logo purchase. You can also purchase a revision round here.

Q     Is it hard to make changes to my website design?
A     Squarespace is the easiest platform for customizing fonts, colors, copy, and imagery, so you can make changes to your own site with confidence. No costly designers or programmers required. Plus, we’ll send you easy-to-follow tutorials so you can skip the learning curve and go straight to making changes. If you run into any issues you can always send us a note, or check in with Squarespace’s award-winning customer service team.
 
Q     What kind of support can I expect while I’m customizing my new website design?
A     We love to see you succeed, that’s why we do what we do. You can e-mail us 24/7 and expect a prompt response with helpful solutions. While we cannot make changes directly to your website template, we will answer all of your questions and do our best to solve any problem you encounter. We also offer an installation service if the thought of customizing your own site doesn’t appeal to you. Please note that you will have 30 days of professional support through Site Dressing after purchase. Outside of this support window you may have to book hourly support for your website questions.

 

Logos

 
Q     What kind of files will I receive after I purchase a logo?
A     You will receive PNG files (transparent background, good for web use) and AI files (vector format, good for printing and infinitely scalable) with your logo purchase. These files will come in black, white, and one full-color of your choice (selected when adding your favorite design to the cart). Please note that your color selection cannot be changed after purchase. Two-color logos are available by request; send us a note if you have questions about a specific logo and color.
 
Q     Do I have to know how to use Photoshop or Illustrator to use my new logo?
A     Nope! Your new logos will work perfectly without any edits. However, if you want to add your logo to an image or create something like a business card you may want to use these programs.
 

Website Designs

 
Q     What if I already have a website on Squarespace or Wix (or somewhere else)?
A     Our website templates are created within 24 hours so that you can work with a beautiful, thoughtfully designed framework without delay. They cannot be built over the top of an existing website. If you already use Squarespace, simply specify your Squarespace e-mail at checkout so that your new website will be shared with your current account. If you use Wix or another website platform, you will need to create a new account with Squarespace. You’ll receive 20% OFF your first year of Squarespace when you purchase a Styled template and opt for an annual Squarespace plan.

Q     Do I have to know how to use Photoshop or Illustrator to edit my website graphics?
A     You won’t need Adobe Illustrator for any of our website designs. However, we use Photoshop to create high-end graphics for your website template. You can use a free trial to edit these graphics and we’ll walk you through exactly how to edit and save your images. It’s super easy and elevates the look of your custom website enormously.
 
Q     Can I use a logo I already have on my new website template?
A     Yes! Your existing logo will look great on any of our website templates. It’s very simple to add your logo, we just recommend that you use a version of your logo with a transparent background (PNG format).
 
Q     Do I have to purchase anything else in order to take my website live?
A You’ll just need an active Squarespace account in order for your customers to see your live website. You will need the Business plan or higher, as we’ve customized the code and Javascript on our templates to make them ultra-professional and beautiful. When you purchase a template from our shop you will also get 20% OFF your first year of Squarespace when you select an annual plan.
 
Q     Where will my new website be hosted?
A     We build our websites on Squarespace. We’ve created hundreds of websites for private clients and this is the platform we’ve seen the most success and satisfaction with. It’s a great platform with straightforward pricing, plus you can keep all of your website needs in one place (Squarespace manages domains, G-mail for custom e-mail addresses, and even e-mail marketing). Squarespace makes updating your site’s imagery and copy easy and seamless, so you won’t be waiting around on a designer to implement changes. 
 
Q     Can I use a domain I already own?
A     Totally! Squarespace makes it easy to use your domain from GoDaddy, etc. They will walk you through connecting your existing domain, and you can even transfer the domain to live in your Squarespace account and consolidate the parts and pieces of your web presence. 
 
Q     What if I already have a website on Squarespace or Wix (or somewhere else)?
A     Our website templates are created-to-order within 24 hours so that you can work with a beautiful, thoughtfully designed framework without delay. Q     Do I need to switch out the photos and language on my template?
A     The placeholder images and copy on our templates are meant to be replaced. You'll want to update the copy and imagery on your new site to keep your brand strong, unique, and recognizable.

Q     What kind of license is provided when purchasing a website?
A     Each purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license to the template. This means that you may use the template for only one website. To use the template more than once, you must purchase a separate license for each project. Please read our Terms before purchasing.

 
 

Refunds

 
Q     Can I return my website or logo design for a refund?
A     Because our products are digital and cannot be ‘restocked,’ we cannot offer refunds for logos or websites. Please send us a note if you have any questions before you complete your purchase.
